What did Jesus do that allows Him to save you?
Good question! Watch the short video below…
How does salvation work?
- A – Admit you’re a sinner in need of Jesus. [Romans 3:10 / Romans 3:23]
- B – Believe in your heart Jesus is Lord – Jesus Christ was crucified, buried, and rose again, paying in full your death penalty for your sins. [Romans 6:23]
- C – Call upon the name of the Lord – Confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. [Romans 10:13 / [Romans 10:9-10]

Do you know what it means to be crucified?
If salvation and the idea that Jesus allowed Himself to be killed by crucifixion in order to be able to offer you salvation seems like just some fairy tale. If you think that death by crucifixion was quick and humane; If you are still wondering what Jesus really suffered in order to pay the penalty for your sins, click here. Be warned, it is hard to watch, it is graphic, but we think it shows, at least in part, what Jesus suffered for you and me. [John 15:13]
